The room was very nice and the temperature control was working well so it was comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and had solid options. The service was friendly. The bed was very comfy, the only downside was the pillows were kinda hard.
Loved the place and it has laundry for guests as well. Great staff and convenient location if you wanna go for a drink without pay for taxi or having to drive.
Hotel seems to be falling into disrepair. To name a few things... hallway carpet was lumpy & needed stretching. Fridge in our room wasn't working properly. Missing towel hooks in bathroom. Room blinds were needing to be replaced. That being said, it was appropriately priced, beds were comfortable & staff was attentive. Pool was small, but clean. The kids loved the complimentary breakfast that had a make your own waffle station. To sum it up, a decent place that's family & budget friendly.
Although the hotel is not perfect, Ruby from the breakfast truly made our stay so much better. She went above and beyond to make Sure we had everything.we needed. Her friendliness and positive attitude really stood out. It's always nice to start the day with such great service. Thank you Ruby for making our breakfast so enjoyable. By the way, the real eggs being served in the morning is top notch.
Good, clean hotel. No supervision in the pool, and children running in the hallway after quiet hours, which was unfortunate. Overall good visit. Breakfast was only O.K., seemed like certain things were watered down (coffee and maple syrup for example), but there was good selection of breakfast items.
We booked a king room, I really liked that the bed was tuned in the room so the foot of the bed faced the window, its rare to find this in a hotel. The sheets, bedding and pillows were lovely and the bed comfortable. We spend about 200 nights a year in hotels for work so a comfortable bed will definitely determine if we will ever book again The walk in shower and toiletries available are very nice. During the week breakfast starts at 5am which is nice for us because we leave the hotel before 6 for work so we rarely get to try out breakfast at most hotels
Good location, and friendly service. Hallway carpet on the 4th floor was coming up, and there was a periodic loud "clunk" when the elevator doors open (somewhat disconcerting). Not sure what was in the shower gel pump - it was thin and white, not shower gel.
Very good value, for the accomodations. Pet Friendly, breakfast was great. Room was very comfortable. Thank you.
